As a Data Analyst 3, you will design and optimize data-driven solutions that enable informed decision-making across the business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into technical solutions that drive automation, insight, and measurable outcomes. Work model: Remote.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, provide insights, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze business and financial data to recommend automation and process improvements.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights.
• Support metrics development for customer retention, propensity to convert, and churn prediction.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows for analytical and operational use cases.
• Develop and maintain quantitative models using historical data and scenario analysis to improve decision-making.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
• 5–7 years of experience.
• Strong SQL skills; proficiency in Python or similar languages for analysis and modeling.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with actionable insight delivery.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
