We’re seeking an experienced consultant to support Medicaid-related financial and data analytics projects. The role involves analyzing large healthcare datasets to support initiatives such as rate setting, forecasting, and provider reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze Medicaid claims, encounter, and enrollment data to support financial and actuarial projects.
• Develop models and reports using SQL and Excel to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead junior analysts on project tasks.
• Contribute to data process improvements and automation efforts.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience working with Medicaid data (claims, encounters, enrollment).
• Strong SQL (Teradata or similar) and Excel skills.
• Experience with Python or similar tools a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
