Weβre seeking an experienced consultant to support Medicaid-related financial and data analytics projects. The role involves analyzing large healthcare datasets to support initiatives such as rate setting, forecasting, and provider reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze Medicaid claims, encounter, and enrollment data to support financial and actuarial projects.
β’ Develop models and reports using SQL and Excel to deliver insights and recommendations.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead junior analysts on project tasks.
β’ Contribute to data process improvements and automation efforts.
Qualifications:
β’ 5+ years of experience working with Medicaid data (claims, encounters, enrollment).
β’ Strong SQL (Teradata or similar) and Excel skills.
β’ Experience with Python or similar tools a plus.
β’ Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
