We are looking for a highly capable Senior Data Analyst to join us in supporting a key strategic initiative for one of our major clients. You will play a critical role in designing, mobilising, and implementing a robust delivery management function within the client’s digital and data services environment. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and embed a consistent, scalable approach to programme and delivery management that will drive effective and sustainable change. You will be required to lead the design and implementation of a long-term reporting solution. This role will involve creating a robust Power BI dashboard framework that meets the analytical and performance monitoring needs of stakeholders. Responsibilities • Collaborating closely with the data team and stakeholders to refine and interpret reporting requirements • Designing clear and accessible wireframes and user interfaces for data visualisations using Power BI • Iteratively developing dashboard solutions that meet user needs, aligning with internal accessibility guidelines and design standards • Ensuring outputs effectively communicate insights that support data-driven decision-making within operations • This role requires a strong understanding of business intelligence design, data storytelling, and user-centric reporting within a complex operational environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and Azure Data Services, with experience designing business intelligence wireframes tailored to reporting needs • Able to translate complex data into clear visual narratives using a variety of visualisation methods • Skilled at tailoring data stories for different audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders • Supports and advises teams on creating accessible, user-friendly visualisations that cater to diverse needs • Recommends improvements to visualisation workflows and standards to enhance quality and efficiency • Plans the structure of analytical data models based on relevant and reliable data sources • Assists with implementing data models using appropriate tools and technologies • Promotes high standards of data quality, and ensures teams understand the value of accurate data modelling Benefits • 25 Days Annual Leave per annum (plus 8 Bank Holidays as standard) • Health Insurance • Pension Scheme • Annual Bonus Scheme • Annual Salary Review • Electric Car Scheme
