Senior Data Analyst

Title: Senior Data Analyst Duration: 6 month contract to hire Location: Onsite 3x/week in Reading, PA 19602 Desired Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience in data analysis • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management. • Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python). Job Description: Insight Global's client seeking Senior Data Analyst to join their integration team. This person will be collaborating with 3rd party vendors to collect and validate data coming through that it is able to be consumed. They should have strong capabilities writing SQL queries and be able to analyze large amounts of data. This role requires a self-starter who takes initiative in identifying both problems and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate proactively engages in conversations to surface issues, collaborates on solutions, and drives progress without needing to be prompted by others. Overall, we are looking for someone with very strong SQL coding experience, the ability to interpret and clearly communicate data trend analysis and speculate potential sources of data anomalies. Compensation: $45-55/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
