Job Summary:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled, self-driven, results-oriented senior data analyst to support Chief Administrative Office (CAO) data enablement and management activities. This role involves gathering and writing data use case requirements, performing data analysis, and developing data relationship designs to enable CAO-wide data initiatives.
Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for data use cases.
β’ Design and architect scalable data models and data element relationships with a strong emphasis on usability, performance, and data accuracy.
β’ Identify and write requirements for data source integrity monitoring.
β’ Support database enhancement requests and contribute to logical data design solutions.
β’ Participate in data management documentation including data lineage, data sharing agreements, and other metadata management.
β’ Evaluate upstream system of record changes for potential data impact and provide recommendations.
β’ Translate business needs into actionable data requirements and technical specifications.
β’ Partner with technology and data governance groups to ensure alignment with the teamβs and enterprise data standards.

β’ MSSQL: Ability to write, read, and optimize queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
β’ Data Analysis: Experience in data cleansing, validation, and transformation logic using Alteryx and SSMS.
β’ Documentation: Ability to define clear data sourcing and transform logic requirements and database/table/column specifications.
β’ Experience with metadata management and data governance practices.
β’ Proficiency in data profiling and root cause analysis for data quality issues.
β’ Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex data environments.
Preferred:
β’ Experience with Google Data Cloud stack (Dataplex, big query, etc.).
β’ Familiarity with SSIS packages and jobs.
β’ Familiarity with Agile processes and Atlassian software (Jira).
