Responsibilities: • Shape growth strategy by analyzing user behavior, liquidity trends and trading flows on Uniswap and Unichain • Partner cross‑functionally with Growth, Research, Developer Experience and Marketing to define priorities, identify opportunities and measure impact • Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards and reports that surface key metrics and drive data‑informed decisions • Conduct deep‑dive analyses on AMM mechanics, DeFi protocols and emerging market trends • Translate data into strategy—craft clear narratives, visualizations and playbooks for both technical and non‑technical audiences • Design and test hypotheses against large on‑chain datasets, iterating toward increasingly precise models and forecasts • Monitor ecosystem health through ongoing market research, identifying new trends in DEXs and DeFi, and recommending actionable next steps Qualifications: Required: • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, quantitative research or statistics • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SQL and/or Python (or R) • Deep familiarity with on‑chain data structures, DeFi protocols and AMM mechanics • Proven track record of designing and maintaining dashboards and ETL/data pipelines Preferred: • Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field • Public presence through data‑driven content (e.g. blog posts, Twitter or Farcaster threads) Company: Grants making foundation for the Uniswap community.
