This role requires a strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and business teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau) Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements Build and maintain data models and data pipelines Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data integrity Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership Support decision-making through data-driven insights Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Data Analysis with Strong SQL Experience with Power BI / Tableau for visualization Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R Experience working with data warehouses and pipelines Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) Experience in financial/banking domain Agile/Scrum environment experience Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field Nice to Have Experience in financial data analysis / regulatory reporting Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into business impact • Experience working with enterprise analytics platforms
