Senior Data Analyst (E-COMMERCE)

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to transform complex business data into actionable insights. This role will be responsible for developing advanced reporting solutions, identifying business trends, creating executive-level presentations, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business growth drivers. • Create executive-level reports, presentations, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making. • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and other reporting tools. • Perform data mining, segmentation, validation, and analysis to improve business performance. • Evaluate data quality, identify inconsistencies, and establish best practices for data governance and reporting. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver actionable insights. • Develop KPI reporting and performance measurement frameworks. • Integrate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive business intelligence solutions. • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis. Required Qualifications • Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related analytical field. • 5–7 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or similar analytics-focused role. • Strong expertise in SQL, Google BigQuery, and advanced Excel. • 5+ years of experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and reporting tools. • Experience working with large transactional datasets. • Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques. • Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business reviews. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in e-commerce analytics or digital business environments. • Knowledge of advanced reporting and visualization techniques. • Experience integrating multiple data sources into centralized reporting platforms. • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
