• Create interactive dashboards and reporting tools that consolidate data into a single, user-friendly view.
• Design automated systems (forms, surveys, applications) to collect, organize, and track performance data.
• Build scoring tools, trackers, and Excel-based scorecards to monitor progress and outcomes over time.
• Analyze statutory and compliance-related data across multiple plans to identify overlaps, gaps, and redundancies.
• Recommend data-driven approaches to streamline reporting and reduce duplication.
• Communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders, supporting planning, goal-setting, and performance monitoring.
• Work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs in a remote environment.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics and data storytelling
• 8+ years of experience building or supporting low-code platforms (Power Platform or similar)
• 5+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience (data modeling, analysis, scorecards)
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
• Experience combining and analyzing data from multiple sources (Excel, databases, or similar)
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets, policies, or requirements to identify patterns and insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Qualtrics or Smartsheet
• Experience working with education, government, or public-sector data
• Familiarity with statutory, compliance, or policy-related reporting
• Experience reducing duplication across reporting systems or requirements
• Background in education, performance management, or program evaluation
• Experience supporting planning, goal-setting, or outcome tracking using data
Work Environment
• 100% Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
• Standard business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time)
