Senior Data Analyst

MUST BE LOCAL TO TX Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL, and business intelligence, with strong expertise in Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Power BI, and Enterprise Data Platforms (EDP). Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries using Snowflake and PostgreSQL • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (PBI) • Develop data models, DAX calculations, and optimized datasets in Power BI • Work within an Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) to ensure scalable, governed, and high-quality data solutions • Leverage commercial real estate (CRE) data to support business decisions • Perform data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation across systems • Use Python scripting for data transformation, automation, and advanced analytics • Apply AI/ML concepts for predictive analytics and data-driven innovation • Present insights through storytelling, visualizations, and executive-level presentations • Maintain documentation for data pipelines, models, and reports Required Skills & Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence • Strong expertise in: • SQL (advanced level) • Snowflake • PostgreSQL • Hands-on experience with Power BI (PBI): • Dashboard & report development • Data modeling • DAX and performance tuning • Experience working with Enterprise Data Platforms (EDP) and large-scale data ecosystems • Strong understanding of commercial real estate (CRE) data and metrics (leasing, occupancy, financial KPIs, asset performance) • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, data analysis libraries) • Experience partnering with executive leadership teams • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
