Role description
Hybrid 4 onsite / 1 work from home in Greenwood Village, CO
Our client is seeking a senior data analyst to deliver actionable reporting and insights for enterprise systems. The role will develop Tableau dashboards, write complex SQL for data extraction, and translate findings for non-technical stakeholders. The analyst will support IVR and related datasets while partnering with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. The work will improve visibility into trends and drive informed decisions.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $55.00 to $65.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities
β’ Work with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop self-serve Tableau dashboards.
β’ Research, hypothesize, test, and validate relationships within and across data sources to answer business questions.
β’ Write complex SQL queries across multiple tables to produce report-ready outputs.
β’ Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
β’ Ensure data quality and accuracy through validation and testing.
β’ Perform ad-hoc analyses and identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
β’ Document reporting requirements, analysis outcomes, and processes.
Experience Requirements
β’ 6+ years of data analysis and reporting experience across applications and data warehouses.
β’ Strong SQL skills with a track record of writing complex queries for analysis and extraction.
β’ Extensive experience building self-serve dashboards in Tableau and performing analysis in Excel.
β’ Self-starter with problem-solving ability and comfort operating with limited supervision.
β’ Ability to learn quickly with tolerance for ambiguity and complexity.
β’ Demonstrated ability to understand datasets and generating processes through iterative hypothesis testing.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Experience with call, case, and order data from sources such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, and IVR (preferred).
β’ Python skills (preferred).
