Become a Key Player as a Data Analyst 3
As a Data Analyst 3, you will drive analytics that unlock growth and monetization opportunities across Adobe’s Growth & Data organization. You will partner with growth managers, product, GTM, finance, and engineering to translate complex data into clear recommendations that improve customer experience and revenue. Work model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in San Jose or San Francisco; this is a contract role running through 03/27/2026.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
• Drive analytics to unlock growth and monetization opportunities; run hypothesis tests (A/B testing), analyze results, and communicate insights and recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally with growth managers, product managers, GTM, finance, and engineering across regions to understand monetization opportunities, product/customer behavior, and features, and recommend improvements.
• Stitch and calibrate sparse and noisy data across various data sources.
• Support regular ad-hoc analyses to understand customer behavior, end-to-end customer journey, and monetization path.
• Define metrics and reporting frameworks; design and implement reporting dashboards; track KPIs and provide useful insights.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
• 5–7 years of experience.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B test analytics.
• Proficiency working with large datasets using SQL.
• Hands-on coding experience with Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks); ability to build and run data pipelines in the cloud.
• Experience developing sophisticated reports/dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Ability to synthesize large-scale datasets into clear stories and impactful insights for senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across different time zones.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to stitch and QA multiple data sources.
