Role description
Logistics: • On-site in New York City or Las Vegas preferred, open to remote candidates • Perm, direct hire • Open to senior level and manager level Required Skills & Experience • Advanced SQL skills for querying and integrating data from multiple sources • Strong Python experience (pandas, NumPy, PySpark; able to build models and automate analysis) • Advanced Excel skills • Experience building reports and dashboards from direct data sources (not just using canned reports) • Ability to work with both on-prem servers and cloud/datalakehouse environments • Proven track record connecting siloed data across business units (Finance, Marketing, F&B, Hotel, Gaming) • Strong business acumen with ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations • Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Mode) • Prior work in gaming, hospitality, or regulated environments Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Prior work in gaming, hospitality, or regulated environments • Experience with predictive modeling, advanced forecasting, or machine learning • Experience mentoring junior analysts or contributing to documentation/legacy info Job Description Work closely with a cross-functional analytics team to unify and analyze data from disparate systems, beginning with a focus on labor and F&B analytics while expanding coverage across all business units. Build and maintain dashboards, models, and reports using SQL, Python, and Excel. Integrate data from on-prem and cloud sources, drive reporting for business decision-making, and collaborate with stakeholders to scope problems and deliver actionable insights. Support change management, contribute to documentation, and help junior analysts as needed. Compensation: $90,000-$140,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
