Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex business intelligence solutions and contribute to impactful data strategies. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or MS Power BI. • Create high-performing SQL scripts and stored procedures for data analysis. • Collaborate with team members to gather business requirements and provide technical solutions. • Participate in project discussions and support project planning and execution activities. • Conduct peer-reviews and offer technical guidance to the project team. • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project success. Skills • 5+ years of experience in developing complex business intelligence solutions. • Proficient in SQL with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Skills • Experience with Medicaid claims and enrollment data analysis. • Familiarity with SAP Business Objects or SAS. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies. • Experience in Tableau Server Administration.
