We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Data Analyst team. This role will support business decision-making through data visualization, statistical analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on retail operations and customer insights.
Your Impact:
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and ThoughtSpot.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses, including Bayesian methods, to uncover trends and forecast outcomes.
• Query and manipulate large datasets using Google BigQuery and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Your Skills & Experience:
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of Bayesian analysis and other statistical methods.
• Experience working with Retail Media Network data (preferred)
• Experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
