This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Culver City, CA.
Summary
We’re seeking a Data Analyst to support the creation and maintenance of internal data tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions. This role is critical in helping teams make data-driven decisions by delivering actionable insights, visualizations, and well-structured data infrastructure. You’ll play a key part in identifying trends, optimizing data systems, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of data flows across the organization.
Our Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, tools implementation, or business intelligence
• Passion for data-driven decision-making with a strong foundation in data visualization, analysis, and strategic insights
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau, and data lake platforms such as Snowflake
• Familiar with ETL/Reverse ETL processes, financial data reporting, and workflow management systems
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, finance, and analytics partners
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities and timelines
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs and project scopes
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a drive to improve internal systems and tools
Job Description
In this role, you will develop and implement scalable data tools, dashboards, and end-to-end reporting solutions.
You’ll partner with internal business and finance stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver impactful visualizations and insights that support key decisions. This includes gathering user feedback, maintaining data pipelines, and proactively identifying and resolving data issues.
You will also support the ongoing evolution of internal reporting systems and data documentation, contributing to improved operational efficiency and data accessibility across teams.
Education And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or systems implementation
• Experience with financial data such as purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices preferred
