Analyzes user requirements, workflows, and system issues to automate processes and enhance existing systems. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate current operational procedures, identify gaps, and gather detailed input/output requirements, including data formats, reporting needs, and summarization methods. Documents functional requirements, system processes, and specifications needed to develop or modify applications. Assesses system capabilities, technical constraints, and scheduling limitations to determine the feasibility of implementing new solutions or enhancements within the existing environment. Project Overview The contractor will support the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP) by designing and developing data pipelines, dashboards, and reports using Informatica IICS, Tableau, and/or Power BI based on business requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Translating business requirements into scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions • Developing dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI • Collaborating with program staff to ensure solutions meet business needs • Performing testing and validation of data pipelines, dashboards, and reports • Publishing and promoting reporting solutions in coordination with team members • Working with Informatica ETL tools for data integration and transformation Required Skills • 8+ years of experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools • 8+ years of experience with ETL processes and data management using Informatica • 4+ years: Experience working with large-scale datasets using Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar platforms (Snowflake strongly preferred) Preferred Skills • 4+ years: Data analysis experience • 2+ years: Experience with Informatica ETL tools • 2+ years: Experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau • 2+ years: Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI Thanks & Regards Infojini Consulting Website: https://www.infojiniconsulting.com Address: 10015 Old Columbia Road, Suite B 215, Columbia, MD 21046
