Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (M&A) Contract Length: 612 months (Estimated Start Date: 03/02/2026; Estimated End Date: 02/26/2027) Hours Per Week: 40.00; Hours Per Day: 8.00 Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) PR Range: $65/hr - $66/hr on W2 Job Description: • We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong investment banking background and experience in M&A modeling. This role will support financial analysis, deal evaluation, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain financial and M&A models. • Support potential mergers and acquisitions analysis. • Evaluate CIMs (Confidential Information Memorandums). • Develop high-quality presentations and reporting for stakeholders. • Perform data-driven financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
