Role: Data Analyst Location: Jersey City, NJ (07302 (3-4 days onsite) Duration: 12 months Contract Required Qualifications: • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in data management, data analysis, and data migration. • Strong background in data visualization, report and dashboard development, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint, along with Adobe Acrobat Pro. Preferred Qualifications: • An advanced degree is highly preferred. • Extensive experience in business process reengineering, particularly related to workflow optimization, system configuration, and integration. • Prior experience in the construction and engineering sectors. • Familiarity with the Kahua construction management platform. • Experience working within Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies. • Some knowledge or exposure to SaaS-based cloud environments, network infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and systems integration.
