Salary: £60,000 pro rata
Location: London (4 days per week in office)

A leading UK creative advertising agency is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join its Data & Insight team on an 8-month FTC.
This is a highly client-facing role, focused on turning performance marketing and web data into clear, commercially actionable insight for senior stakeholders. You'll act as a trusted analytical partner to account and strategy teams, with a strong emphasis on storytelling and confident data interpretation.
The Role
• Deliver post-campaign analysis, performance insight and optimisation recommendations
• Translate complex datasets into clear commercial narratives
• Support forecasting, trading and campaign planning activity
• Attend and present in senior client meetings multiple times per week
• Provide day-to-day analytical support to account teams
• Help support and develop junior analysts
Key Requirements
• Strong Excel skills
• Proven agency experience
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing data
• Confident, engaging communicator comfortable challenging and advising senior clients
• Experience presenting insight clearly and credibly
Nice to Have
• Retail, automotive or similarly fast-paced sector experience
Ideal Profile
• Commercially minded and proactive
• Not a back-office analyst
• Comfortable in demanding, senior client environments
• Strong data storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting
