Job Title: Senior Data Analyst – Qlik Analytics & AI-Driven BI Location: 100% Remote (Must work EST hours) Duration: 6–12+ Month Contract (Potential Extension up to 2 Years) or Contract-to-Hire IV Process: Video Interview Must relocate to be hired permanently Position Overview • Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in Qlik Sense/QlikView development, data analytics, and modern business intelligence solutions. This individual will play a key role in transforming complex enterprise data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making. • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in dashboard development, data modeling, data quality, and enterprise reporting, while also helping advance next-generation analytics initiatives including AI-enabled reporting, semantic data layers, conversational BI, and predictive analytics capabilities. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles. • Strong hands-on expertise with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView development. • Experience with SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes. • Strong understanding of data quality management and data governance principles. • Experience working within enterprise-scale data integration environments. • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred). • Experience with scripting and automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, or similar. • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, augmented analytics, or intelligent reporting platforms. • Experience building or supporting semantic layers, metrics layers, or business data models. • Familiarity with conversational BI tools, natural language querying, or AI copilots. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within transportation, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain environments. • Knowledge of modern analytics architectures, including lakehouse and cloud-native solutions. • Experience supporting enterprise reporting modernization initiatives.
