Roles and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end data analysis projects within BFS ensuring alignment with business goals Work closely with business and technical teams to gather and validate data requirements Design and implement data models and analytical frameworks tailored to BFS needs Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and customer experience Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building analytical capabilities within the team Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BFS data analysis Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior management
