About The Role
ElevationHR is partnering with a Fortune 500 enterprise undergoing a major digital transformation. As the Senior Data Analyst for the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Supply Chain Analytics team, you will design, build, and optimize data products that drive executive decision-making. This is a high-visibility role that requires collaboration with IT, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that convert complex data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with ERM and supply chain leaders to gather requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions
• Write advanced SQL to extract, clean, and transform data from enterprise systems such as SAP HANA, Google BigQuery, and Oracle
• Create data dictionaries, process maps, and metadata to support data governance and quality
• Develop test strategies and validation routines to ensure accuracy of analytical outputs
• Provide mentorship and best practices guidance to junior analysts and business partners
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics roles
• 5+ years of advanced Tableau development experience
• Expert-level SQL proficiency and experience handling large, complex datasets
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Google BigQuery, and cloud analytics platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to executive audiences
Preferred Skills And Experience
• Experience in utilities, energy, or heavy-asset industries
• Familiarity with supply chain and enterprise risk management analytics
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation
