Senior Data Analyst – Tableau, AI & Slack Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled and business-savvy Senior Data Analyst to lead the next generation of analytics, AI, and automation capabilities across the organization. This is a high-impact role for a professional who thrives at the intersection of Tableau, AI, Databricks, SQL, and Slack-based workflow automation. You will partner directly with business leaders to transform data into strategic insights, build scalable analytics solutions, and drive AI-powered decision-making across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building executive dashboards, engineering data solutions, and leveraging AI technologies to automate and scale business outcomes. What You'll Do • Design and deliver enterprise-class Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting that drive business performance. • Develop scalable data pipelines and analytical datasets using Databricks, Spark, SQL, and cloud platforms. • Lead the adoption of AI-powered analytics, predictive insights, Tableau Pulse, Agentic AI, and automation solutions. • Build Slack-based reporting, alerts, workflows, and intelligent notifications that embed analytics directly into business processes. • Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and solve complex business challenges. • Champion data governance, reporting standards, and analytics best practices across the organization. • Translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields. • Advanced expertise in Tableau including dashboard development, governance, data modeling, and performance optimization. • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL, and cloud data platforms. • Proven experience delivering AI-driven analytics solutions, predictive insights, or intelligent automation. • Experience building Slack integrations, automated reporting, workflows, and real-time alerting solutions. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Tableau Pulse, Tableau Next, Salesforce AI, Copilot, LLMs, or Agentic AI platforms. • Strong knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, MLOps, and advanced analytics frameworks. • Experience with Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Customer 360, or enterprise-scale analytics environments.
