Role: Senior Data Analyst (UI and Automation) Work Type: 3 month-contract (strong likeliness of extension) Location: Minnesota – 3 days a week on-site (flexible) Sector: Manufacturing Rate: Up to $70 an hour Contact: charley.may@forsythbarnes.com Job Description We are collaborating with this organization to support a Proof of Concept (POC) project focused on building a UI and automation solution for master data management and data quality improvement. This role will be central to driving UI development and integration with Azure and Snowflake technologies, helping advance the company’s global data governance and data management initiatives. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing the proof of concept, driving UI and automation solutions, and ensuring improved data quality and availability across global locations. Following this phase, the project will expand into data quality, governance, and AI automation initiatives planned for 2026 to ensure long-term scalability and sustainability. Key Responsibilities : • Lead UI development and integration with Azure and Snowflake as part of the proof of concept. • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to build an in-house application supporting global data governance and master data management initiatives. • Improve data quality and availability for the company’s top 35 customers and expand solutions globally. • Independently drive development deliverables, taking ownership of assigned use cases with minimal supervision. • Translate complex data challenges into actionable solutions that enhance governance frameworks and automation. • Support the transition of the project into broader data quality, governance, and AI automation initiatives. Requirements : • 6–7 years of experience in UI development, Azure, and Snowflake technologies. • Strong understanding of data, particularly in the context of governance, master data management, and data quality improvement. • Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical and business terminology. • Proven ability to independently deliver development outcomes and take full ownership of project components. • Industry experience is preferred to better align with project needs and context. • Exposure to or experience with data quality, governance, and AI automation is a strong plus.
