Schedule: Hybrid ( On-site Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday & Friday)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Summary
The Data Analyst will support the Digital Retail Platform (DRP) team by developing dashboards, reports, and analyses focused on performance and operational metrics. This role is instrumental in delivering insights at both the Brand and Dealer levels to support business decision-making.
Technical Skills:
• Expert-level SQL skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics
• Experience with Power BI
• Familiarity with Azure/Databricks (preferred)
• Knowledge of Python (a plus)
• Strong understanding of clickstream data and digital analytics
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for DRP metrics, including leads, sales, clickstream, and funnel performance.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on conversion rates, CTA performance, dealer-level data, and other digital engagement metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate requirements into actionable insights.
• Analyze site data inputs, including mobile vs. desktop usage, content engagement, and clickstream behavior.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data gathering and automate reporting processes.
• Present data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with minimal supervision in a hybrid environment.
Work Environment
• Type: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday)
• Team: Collaborative group supporting the Digital Experience and DRP initiatives, reporting to the DRP Manager
• Meetings: Weekly team and stakeholder meetings; responsible for recurring monthly reports
• Extension Potential: Possible contract extension based on performance and project needs
• Travel Requirements: None
