Senior Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Remote (USA) Duration: 9+ Months W2 Contract Job Description: We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong background in statistical analysis and data trending to support quality and operational initiatives within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, have experience analyzing large datasets, and possess excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications:- • Strong foundation in statistics with experience developing data trending processes from the ground up. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and trending functions. • Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization (preferred) • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership • Experience in the medical device industry or familiarity with medical device quality systems is highly preferred • Experience processing and analyzing medical device complaints • Working knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations (21 CFR Part 820) and ISO 13485 • Ability to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and support quality improvement initiatives.
