Role description
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Data Analyst to support the Risk and Compliance team with a focus on Global Financial Crimes (GFC), regulatory and compliance analytics, and Know Your Customer (KYC) platform development. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with transaction and customer domain data, strong technical skills in GCP and data visualization, and a passion for leveraging Gen AI to enhance compliance capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple analytics initiatives across the Risk and Compliance portfolio, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business priorities. - Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable data insights and reporting frameworks. - Build and maintain dashboards and analytics for KYC, transaction monitoring, and customer risk scoring. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance data into enterprise data platforms, ensuring traceability and audit readiness. - Develop and maintain GCP cost reporting and ensure efficient resource utilization. - Ensure integration of all analytics products with Data Lineage, Data Catalogue, and Data Quality tools to support transparency and governance. - Conduct ad hoc analyses to support regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and compliance reviews. - Apply Gen AI techniques to automate and enhance compliance monitoring and reporting processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 9+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and regulatory data reporting. - Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation and modeling. - Deep understanding of GCP services and cost management. - Proficiency in tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. - Experience with data governance, lineage, and quality tools. - Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory domains, including GFC, AML, and KYC. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working with Gen AI models in compliance or risk analytics contexts. - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., BSA/AML, FATF, GDPR). - Prior experience building or enhancing KYC platforms or transaction monitoring systems.
