Senior Data Analytics Consultant – Supply Chain & ERP (Snowflake/Python) Location: Houston, TX (Local candidates only) Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours/day (flexible: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Engagement Type: Project-based contract with potential for full-time conversion (not guaranteed) • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US indefinitely without present or future need for visa sponsorship. • Worksite Location: Houston, Texas 77042 About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Senior Data Analytics Consultant with deep expertise in Python, Snowflake SQL, and full-stack analytics development to support high-impact initiatives within manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role will focus on building scalable analytics solutions, working with ERP/MRP data, and delivering insights that directly influence business performance. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions using Python and Snowflake • Build interactive dashboards and applications using tools such as Power BI, Sigma, QlikView, or Streamlit • Work with large-scale ERP/MRP datasets to drive insights across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and demand-to-deliver workflows • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and clearly communicate outcomes to stakeholders • Support cloud-based deployments, containerization, and API integrations • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and automated deployment processes • Participate in Agile development cycles, including daily standups and sprint planning • Deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business impact and ROI Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher (required) • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related roles within manufacturing or supply chain environments • Strong hands-on experience with: • Python • Snowflake SQL and data architecture • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and data structures • Proven ability to work with large relational datasets • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Sigma, QlikView, Streamlit, or similar) • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience in cloud environments and deploying enterprise-scale solutions • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting or leading ERP implementations (finance or operations) • Background in rapid application development (RAD) • Experience with containerization and cloud-native applications • Knowledge of GitHub automation, testing (TDD), and deployment best practices • Experience working across cross-functional and global teams • Demonstrated ability to drive business value through analytics Hiring Process • Two rounds of virtual interviews • Immediate availability required JAB Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer.
