Location: Dahlgren, VA 22448 Position Type: Full-Time Contractor (Onsite; hybrid considered after 6 months) Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000 Military Active Duty, Veterans, and Reservists Strongly Encouraged to Apply Overview Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data & Analytics Specialist to support mission-critical Navy initiatives. This position plays a key role in data warehousing, integration, modeling, and enterprise reporting across secure federal environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain large-scale data warehouse and data integration solutions Build logical data models, interface specifications, and reporting structures Create and optimize SQL queries, performance tuning, and database load strategies Conduct data validation, mapping, and legacy system conversion support Work with ERP, financial, and operational datasets to generate insights Document data processes and collaborate with technical/functional teams Required Qualifications (Aligned with requirements in source documentation) 6+ years of professional experience in data warehousing, analysis, and system integration Background in SQL development, structured data modeling, and data performance tuning Experience supporting ERP, financial, or human capital data environments Ability to work onsite in a secure environment; must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance Strong analytical, technical documentation, and problem-solving skills Ideal Candidate Thrives in high-security, mission-driven environments Confident in managing complex data ecosystems Comfortable working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
