Role: Senior Data Architect with Medical Domain Exp Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 6 Months Contract to hire Rates: DOE Total Experience required: 14 years Prefer locals and independent professionals (Unfortunately customer is not sponsoring for this opportunity) Required Skills: Proven experience with gathering and analyzing system requirements and managing projects Understanding of established data management and reporting technologies, and have some knowledge of columnar and NoSQL databases, predictive analytics, data visualization, and unstructured data. Excellent data management, data governance, and technology know-how, including knowledge about the design of (service-oriented) architectures. Understanding of the different types of agile principles, methodologies and frameworks, especially those designed to be scaled at the enterprise level. Sound professional experience in the design, implementation and documentation of data architectures. Knowledge of ETL, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Knowledge of databases (Azure SQL, MSQL) data lakes (e.g., Azure Data Lake/Delta lakes), Processing tools (e.g., Databricks/HDInsight) and BI and Reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) or similar technologies. Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF/COBIT) and related tools like LeanIX. Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. Good working knowledge of AWS/ Microsoft Azure Cloud and services.
