Senior Data Developer / Power BI Consultant

RED Global is hiring a Senior Data Developer / Power BI Consultant for an enterprise data and analytics initiative. This is a data-focused role for someone who brings more than traditional Power BI dashboard development. We are looking for a consultant with strong experience across the full data lifecycle, including data integration, transformation, modeling, reporting, and visualization. Requirements: • Extensive hands-on Microsoft Power BI experience • Strong SQL development experience • Strong data modeling and enterprise data architecture experience • Experience with Power BI semantic models • Experience developing data pipelines, integrations, and transformations across multiple enterprise data sources • Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Data Platform experience • DAX and Power Query experience • Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and enterprise reporting • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions • Strong communication and consulting skills Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Supply Chain/Procurement Analytics, SAP Datasphere/S4HANA, Snowflake, Databricks, or Python is a plus.
