Senior Data Engineer - On-site - South Charlotte
TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
• Enterprise Data Analytics team responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Team collaborates closely with IT, data scientists, business stakeholders, and governance teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Operates within a hybrid data ecosystem leveraging Azure cloud, Oracle technologies, and on-premise infrastructure.
• Focused on building modern data pipelines, enterprise data products, and analytics capabilities that power business intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives.

• Support data science initiatives by preparing datasets and integrating analytics outputs into business processes.
• Research and evaluate modern data technologies and ingestion frameworks to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Act as a data evangelist, promoting best practices and helping teams leverage data for operational and strategic insights.
HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or data platform development.
• Strong experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data architectures supporting large-scale datasets.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL and Python for data transformation and analysis.
• Experience with Azure data ecosystem including Synapse, Data Lakes, Azure ML, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI for data modeling and analytics delivery.
• Experience working with large, heterogeneous datasets and data integration technologies such as APIs, CDC, or messaging frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related quantitative field.
