THE ROLE
As a Technology Business Analyst, you’ll join for 12 months in this delivery‑focused role centred on requirements gathering, process analysis, and supporting technology initiatives from discovery through to implementation. The role works closely with business users and software delivery teams to ensure requirements are well understood, clearly documented, and successfully delivered.
Your role will involve collaborating with software development and service teams, facilitating user acceptance testing, and supporting the delivery of training and documentation for end users if required.

What You’ll Do
• Support the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements.
• Produce clear analysis artefacts, including:
• Business requirements documents
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Process maps (as‑is / to‑be)
• Support workshops and working sessions with business users and subject matter experts.
• Assist with backlog refinement and prioritisation activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation, coordination, and defect logging.
• Work with technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, respond to queries, and support solution option assessment and definition.
• Help produce user guides, process documentation, and supporting materials.
• Maintain clear documentation and traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
About You
We are seeking a well-rounded individual who is highly motivated, pragmatic, works to the highest standards, and can work independently as well as part of the wider team. In addition, you should possess the following skills and experience:
• Knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and principles; and of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Proficient with core software applications, including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira (nice to have).
• Proven analytical, mathematical, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Logical and efficient. with keen attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Strong customer service orientation; approachable patient, collaborative.
• Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and abstract low-level information to a more general understanding
• Ability to communicate and to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure
• Analyse plans, status, and develop and deliver presentations
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Exposure to Finance areas would be beneficial
