IT Engineer β Data (Security) Lead Systems Analyst, Reporting & Automation

About the Role
Weβre looking for an IT Engineer β Data (Security) to join our Information Security team and support high-impact projects within the Infosec PMO. In this role, youβll build and manage analytics solutions that track goals, measure project status, and deliver operational insights. Youβll also oversee governance models and workspace management (Power BI, Databricks) to ensure security, efficiency, and scalability.

What Youβll Do
β’ Lead analytics projects to uncover insights and drive data-informed decisions.
β’ Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and pipelines in Power BI and Databricks.
β’ Automate and optimize data processes using Python and other scripting languages.
β’ Manage secure and efficient Power BI and Databricks workspaces.
β’ Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable reporting solutions.
β’ Support Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement as needed.
β’ Prepare presentations and reports for leadership using Power BI, Azure DevOps, and MS Office.
β’ Analyze business and operational data to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
β’ Build custom API integrations to connect data from multiple systems.
β’ Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
