Are you a seasoned Data Engineer who's experienced in the Investment Management space? Our client is looking to onboard a small team of 3x Data Engineering consultants who have experience within the Investment Management sector. Headquartered in Midtown Manhattan, this Global Asset Management firm is looking for Data Engineers who will be playing a key role in supporting their data integrations, building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and facilitating the operation of a data warehouse within the asset management framework. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data governance, along with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver high-quality data solutions It's critical that you have experience working for an Investment Management firm, and possess strong knowledge and skills with tools like Snowflake, Python and SQL. You'll also need to have worked on an Investment Management platform called Aladdin as you'll be working on this daily within the role. While this is a technical Senior Data Engineering role, the consulting aspect is seen as an equally important skillset. Being able to communicate 1-on-1 with their senior stakeholders will be a major part of your role in the business. It's vitally important that you're able to communicate your work to senior executives and have a problem-solving mindset that will enable you to push the project ahead. This is a contract position that's slotted to be an initial 12-18 month engagement. You will need to be comfortable working hybrid 3-4x per week in their office in Midtown Manhattan.
