β’ Expertise with DBT Cloud (not just DBT Core), including environment management, job orchestration, and deployment best practices.
β’ Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS.
β’ Advanced proficiency in SQL, especially for data transformation, cleansing, and preparation.
β’ Proven ability to document and maintain scalable, repeatable data workflows.
β’ Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
β’ Experience working with healthcare or marketing data.
β’ Familiarity with marketing platforms, customer journey data, or campaign performance metrics.
Why Join Us
Youβll play a critical role in transforming how our marketing teams leverage data to make strategic decisions. This is a high-impact opportunity to build something from the ground up, influence data architecture, and shape the future of analytics within the organization.
