We're Hiring: Data & Analytics Consultants (Principal & Senior Levels) UK-Based | Fully Remote | Contract outside of IR35 A leading cloud and data consultancy is expanding its team and looking for Principal and Senior Consultants to join a high-impact data and analytics programme. If you're passionate about Microsoft Fabric, data engineering, and building modern analytics solutions that drive real business value, this could be your next move. You’ll design and deliver scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, build and optimise Power BI dashboards, and develop robust data pipelines with CI/CD practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure high-quality delivery. At Principal level, you’ll also lead technical direction and mentor others. What You’ll Bring • Proven experience in data engineering or analytics consulting (senior or principal level). • Deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric: PySpark, Delta tables, Lakehouse/OneLake, Fabric SQL. • Strong Power BI skills: DAX, DirectQuery vs Import, performance tuning. • Experience with SCD2 and other slowly changing dimension strategies. • Familiarity with DevOps, Git, and CI/CD for data pipelines. Bonus Points For • Experience with IVU (transport scheduling) or iTrent (HR/payroll) data. • Broader Azure ecosystem knowledge (ADLS, Azure SQL, Key Vault, etc.). • Exposure to observability tools, Terraform, or infrastructure-as-code. • Ability to convert exploratory notebooks into production-grade jobs.
