Required Skills and Qualifications
• 20 years of experience in Information Technology services across industries
• Own end-to-end delivery of data engineering and AI programs
• Manage timelines, risks, scope, and quality across multiple projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (data engineers, ML engineers, architects, business teams)
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business outcomes
• Drive Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Design enterprise-grade data platforms using tools like Snowflake, Oracle, and SQL-based systems
• Define data architecture patterns (data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse architectures)
• Establish data ingestion, transformation, and storage frameworks
• Ensure proper data modeling, governance, and performance optimization
• Architect solutions that incorporate:
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning models
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Time series forecasting
• Optimization and simulation models
• Work closely with data scientists to productionize models
• Enable MLOps practices and scalable deployment pipelines
• Lead design of data integration pipelines across disparate systems
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and harmonization (data conformation)
• Build ETL/ELT frameworks for analytics and reporting
• Handle structured and unstructured data sources
• Architect and deploy data solutions on AWS (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Lambda)
• Optimize cloud cost, scalability, and security
• Implement cloud-native data engineering best practices
