Senior Data Engineer @ Brentwood, TN (Onsite) We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Enterprise Data Engineering team. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of Data Engineering experience, strong architecture skills, and a proven track record delivering production-grade data platforms in Azure. This is a senior-level engineering and architecture role focused on modernizing our enterprise data platform and advancing our data strategy. We're looking for someone who can architect solutions, build scalable data products, and help take our current data architecture and engineering practices to the next level. Key areas of focus: • Modernize and enhance our Azure Databricks lakehouse architecture • Design and implement enterprise-grade data pipelines and integration patterns • Migrate and transform existing data assets from Silver to Gold layers for business consumption • Improve data quality, governance, observability, and operational reliability • Build trusted, reusable data products that support Finance, Operations, and Executive Reporting • Establish AI-ready data foundations to support future analytics and AI initiatives • Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define long-term architecture standards Technology stack: • Azure Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog) • Azure Data Factory • Azure SQL / Synapse • Python & SQL • Azure DevOps / CI/CD • Data Governance and Observability
