Senior Data Engineer (Ref: 5670)

Estrada Consulting, Inc is looking for- Role: Senior Data Engineer (Ref: 5670) Location: Remote but must live within the continental US. Preferably in California Duration: 18-months Rate: DOE Minimum Mandatory Qualifications • Candidates will be required to provide a PDF copy of degree. If no degree additional years of experience in lieu of the degree will be required by adding a minimum of four to six additional years of experience. • Advanced Data related certification is highly desired. • Candidates will be required to provide three client references for previous work. The reference contacts will be required to get reference forms SIGNED. There is no waiving of this requirement. • Possession of a bachelor’s or advanced degree (master's or PhD) in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or technology-related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Successful completion of a data engineering bootcamp plus an additional year of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in authoring data pipelines. • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in monitoring data pipelines. • At least three (3) years of experience developing projects using low/no-code technologies, such as Microsoft Power Platform, and integrating with non-Microsoft databases, such as AWS or Snowflake. • At least three (3) years of experience in authoring and monitoring data pipelines. • At least two (2) years of experience consulting on data validation methods and quality control processes.
