Network IT is currently recruiting for a contractor to join a fantastic client in Somerset, on a 6 month initial contract as a Senior Data Engineer. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer, with a background rooted in Python, and exposure to working in a serverless AWS environment. Key Details: • Role – Senior Data Engineer • Rate - £600-700 per day • Duration – 6 Months • Status – Inside IR35 • Location – Somerset • Working Pattern – Hybrid / Flexible, onsite when requested Key Skills: • Strong Data Engineering background, we are expecting to see candidates already operating at a senior or lead level • Strong background in Python coding, operating with serverless Python components • Experience of working in a Serverless AWS Cloud environment (GCP and Azure also nice to have) • Delivering solutions in automated CI / CD pipelines • Agile methodology • Must be already or previously SC Cleared, or eligible for SC Clearance
