Looking for your next leadership role in data engineering? We have an exciting opportunity to lead Snowflake-based data platform delivery in enterprise and regulated environments.
Location: Conshohocken, PA OR Allentown, PA (Hybrid)
Type: Contract / Full-Time
Experience: 10–15 years (3–5 years in Snowflake)
What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Snowflake data platforms
• Build and optimize Bronze / Silver / Gold (Medallion Architecture) layers
• Drive data modeling, TDDs, and architecture execution
• Mentor teams and ensure high-quality delivery
• Work closely with stakeholders in a client-facing role
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in Data Engineering + Snowflake
• Hands-on with SQL & Python
• Expertise in data modeling & medallion architecture
• Proven experience in leading delivery teams
Good to Have
• Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences / Manufacturing
• Exposure to GMP / FDA data standards
