Role: Databricks Data Engineers – EST Schedule

Job OverviewThis role is best suited for senior engineers with deep, recent ingestion experience, particularly in healthcare or other regulated data environments, who have built and operated production-grade Databricks pipelines
Duties
Design and build reliable, scalable ingestion pipelines on Databricks.
Implement incremental, restartable, and schema-aware ingestion patterns.
Ensure pipelines meet security, access control, and auditability requirements
Collaborate closely with customer engineering and platform teams
Requirements
10+ years of data engineering experience, with a strong focus on data ingestion (healthcare domain preferred)
Hands-on production experience with Databricks and Delta Lake
Proven experience ingesting data from databases, flat files, and APIs
Strong discipline around enterprise engineering standards, including code reviews, CI/CD, documentation, and compliance
Experience operating in regulated or audit-sensitive environments (HIPAA, SOX, or similar)
