We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data engineering, backend development, and automated ETL/ELT pipelines and a proven ability to design and implement scalable, AI-enabled data workflows that support sustainability, compliance, and enterprise reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for collection, validation, transformation, and publishing.
• Automate ETL/ELT workflows and integrate AI-assisted processing where appropriate.
• Operationalize reliable data flows across internal systems, repositories, and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with sustainability, compliance, data, and IT stakeholders to meet reporting and governance needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in software development for data systems, including data engineering and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data automation.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and SAP data sources.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and enterprise data integration.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, or compliance-related data.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted data processing or analytics workflows.
• Experience working in regulated or audit-sensitive environments.
• Exposure to sustainability, ESG, product compliance, or supply chain data.
