Position: Data Engineer Sr Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA Ability to work remote (If so, there will need additional approvals) : Hybrid remote 2-3 days in office Intended length of Assignment: 6 Months Contract Reason for open position: Additional need to help with capacity constraints to upscale team Potential for Contract Extension: yes Contract only (may be extended but HM okay with candidates not eligible for conversion) W2 Only Contract Function of the Group: Combination of mitigating risk and cost reduction Initiatives/Projects: involved in technology reports across multiple areas across bank Industry background: Data technology and analytics Team Dynamic: 4 teams of approx 20 people from beginner to advance in terms of data analytics Roles and Responsibilities: • Coordinate the collection, normalization, and analysis of datasets across multiple data platforms. • Assist in designing and building data service infrastructure across multiple data platforms. • Work with analytics teams to ensure functionality in data systems. • Participate in the development of and implementation of data solutions for multiple applications to ensure scalability and maintainability. • Design and implement process improvements including automation of processes and redesign of data infrastructure.
