Position: Senior Data Engineer
Location: Montvale, NJ

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
• Perform in-depth data analysis, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Write highly optimized PySpark code and enhance the performance of existing data jobs.
• Troubleshoot and debug data processing issues across various environments.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document data flows, logic, and pipeline processes clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement areas in datasets.
• Communicate findings and technical updates to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and accountability to maintain a respectful and productive work environment.
