Senior AWS Engineer (AWS CDK) • 100% Remote • Contract-To-Hire We’re hiring a Senior AWS Engineer to join a high-impact cloud engineering team supporting core finance and audit platforms within the Health Care Space. This is a hands-on role focused on building and integrating cloud-based services on AWS, with a strong emphasis on AWS CDK and real production delivery. Multiple greenfield and expansion projects are kicking off in early 2026, making this a great opportunity for engineers who want ownership, pace, and visible impact. What You’ll Be Doing: • Build and enhance cloud-based applications and services on AWS • Develop and integrate application code into AWS CDK pipelines • Work on business-critical production systems used across finance and audit • Own delivery end-to-end, from design through to deployment • Contribute immediately with minimal onboarding or hand-holding Key Projects: • Plan Finder Audit Build • Greenfield development of new audit and compliance tooling with full ownership • Phase 2 Finance Platform Build • Extending core finance systems that directly support revenue and reporting Tech Stack: • AWS – Core cloud platform (compute, data, and services) • AWS CDK – Infrastructure as Code (similar to Terraform or CloudFormation) • Data Engineering concepts – Data movement, transformation, and pipelines • Finance & Audit Systems – Business-critical internal platforms
