Role description
We are looking for a Senior Data & Insights Manager to join our London office.
This is a great opportunity for an inquisitive and innovative individual to work in a hands-on capacity within our data & analytics team.
Weβre looking for T-shaped individuals; while youβll have a natural home on our largest eCommerce client, the role provides the flexibility to bring your analytics capabilities to a range of other projects & programmes over the year.
Key Projects Include
β’ eCommerce & website optimisation for one of our largest clients, responsible for delivery of insights leading to website and platform innovations, alongside real-time campaign optimisations:
I.Support our client with campaign and insight reporting throughout the year, identifying eCommerce optimisations & efficiencies.
II.Leverage a range of data tools (Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare) alongside broader eCommerce signals datasets, to identify broader platform & customer improvements.
β’ Assorted client projects throughout the remainder of the year, such as Programme or Campaign Analysis, Media Mix Modelling & Regression Analysis, or BI & Dashboard production.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys working across a range of different projects & challenges, & relishes the chance to own their projects from scoping & client engagement, conducting their own data analysis, through to storytelling & presentation.
Capability
β’ Strong analytical skills, and interest in analysis of a range of different data types (including as eCommerce, customer, transactional, brand, research and social).
β’ Previous exposure to digital ecommerce tools (Adobe Analytics & ContentSquare), and working knowledge of tag auditing and tracking within eCommerce platforms.
β’ Ability to clean and process complex datasets of different data types to identify valuable or prominent trends, focusing on digital & website engagements, reviewing sales & transaction data, and extending to sentiment and text analysis.
β’ Strong Microsoft Excel & MSOffice skills, able to leverage tools to automate the production of key project deliverables.
β’ Prior exposure with relevant analytics technology (eg, Tableau, MS Power BI), languages (SQL, R, Python), or other digitally orientated tools (Brandwatch, Pulsar, Talkwalker, GWI)
