Role description
Must-Haves:
• 7+ years of enterprise project delivery and workstream ownership.
• Hands-on data migration experience (profiling, mapping, ETL/ELT, SQL, validation, reconciliation).
• Experience loading and migrating data into Salesforce objects and relationships.
• Knowledge of Energy & Utilities Cloud, Clean Energy Module, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, OmniStudio, and OmniScript.
• Ability to identify data quality issues, resolve mapping gaps, and support mock conversions.
• Strong collaboration with business, data, development, QA, architecture, and cutover teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments with onshore/offshore teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools with independent validation of outputs.
Preferred:
• Utility/CIS, clean energy, or regulated-industry data migration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, SAP, APIs, middleware, or enterprise data platforms.
• Salesforce, Data Cloud, Energy & Utilities Cloud, ETL, Data Management, or Cloud certifications.
